year chunks, it’s totally different every 10 years. We just keep evolving. I really can’t tell you what we’re going to look like 10 years from now because I really don’t know. It all depends on what opportunities come up. Harris : Jeff (Pallini) has a different perspective from a machinery builder. Pallini, what are you seeing? What’s one of the bigger pivots you’ve made? Pallini: I think that when we chose to start the company, we had to figure out what our business model was going to be, who we were going to be, what was going to dif- ferentiate us because there’s some exceptional machinery companies out there that we compete with. We entered the market with a shear and a slitter. That’s all we offered at the time; that would be a challenge today.

Since then, with all of the changes in the industry, the consolidation, but more importantly, the labor issues and the requirements of machinery now, we and most suppliers have really built a nice platform on which we can really help our customers throughout the whole process and be there for them to re- duce cost ownership and deal with some of the challenges they have. I think that’s probably the biggest achievement we’ve had. Quinn : Our company is going to be coming up on 50 years old here.
