Our spa environment is one of safety, tranquility and wellbeing and is accessible only with pre-booked appointments.
At any time should you or a household member feel unwell, we recommend you to postpone your spa visit and seek medical assistance. To maximize the benefits of your spa experience, please inform us of any allergies or injuries that may make the treatment you have chosen unsuitable so that we may advise safer alternatives.
We kindly ask you speak in a low voice and keep mobile phones on silent mode.
On arrival you will be supplied with a bathrobe, slippers and a locker to secure your personal belongings.
Towels are offered throughout the spa and disposable underwear is available for all body treatments.
Kindly wear a swimsuit while enjoying the thermal facilities and our vitality pool.
PREGNANCY
Spa facilities include separate men’s and women’s locker rooms, vitality pool with hydro massage jets, steam room, sauna, experience showers, ice fountain, heated loungers, and relaxation area. A personal consultation followed by a health questionnaire will take place for all guests having a treatment.
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers after the first trimester. Allow us to assist you in selecting suitable treatments for this special time. We ask you to consult your physician prior to booking any spa services.
CHILDREN
HOURS OF OPERATION
Out of an abundance of caution, we are not performing treatments for children below 12 years old. A parental waiver of liability must be completed for guests 12-17 years of age.
The Pearl Spa and Wellness Abu Dhabi is open daily from 11:00am until 10:00pm.
Spa services are only available within the spa facility from 11:00am until 10:00pm. The latest appointment is 09:00pm for a 60 minute service. In-house guests and members can access the fitness center 24/7. Fitness centre and its changing rooms are attended daily from 05:00am until 12:00am.

Feel free to request your preference for a specific technician. Our trained professionals properly drape you throughout your service. We strive to fulfill your wishes based upon availability. If you need assistance with anything during your spa experience, such as an adjustment to lighting, sound, temperature or technique, please let your technician know. You may share any special disinfection or hygiene requests before arriving at the spa in order for our team to ensure we meet your specific requirements.
