Early February 2025 Successful applicants receive a link to complete an online assessment.
Late February 2025 Successful applicants receive invitation to attend an assessment centre scheduled for March 2025
March 2025 Office based assessment day whereby candidates undertake a series of individual and group tasks and are given the opportunity to network with Fladgate staff and partners
March/April 2025 Successful applicants will attend an interview with a partner and a member of HR
June / July 2025 1 week office-based paid vacation scheme
July 2025 Successful applicants are formally offered a training contract at Fladgate, commencing September 2027
