Brother Knights and Families of Santo Nino Council #9462, Worthy Grand Knight, Dr. Jay Penafiel, it is with great pleasure that I congratulate you and First Lady Elise on your re-election as Grand Knight of Santo Nino Council #9462. The exceptional job you have done leading the Council forward during this last fraternal year cannot go unnoticed. Your dedication to Columbianism and your efforts to make a difference in someone’s life are worthy of special recognition. Leading Santo Nino Council to 300 percent of its growth goals and the exceptional Faith in Action Programs the Council has implemented this past year were a strong indication of the strength of the Council and its leaders.
