Waist: Stand straight with arms relaxed at sides with heels together. Measure around the natural waistline at the narrowest part of the waist, between the ribs and the hips. 3. Hips: Stand straight with arms relaxed and down at sides with heels together. Measure around the fullest part of the hips, keeping tape parallel to the floor. 4. Back Length: Stand straight with arms relaxed and down at sides. Measure from the base of the neck to the natural waistline. 5. Skirt Length: Measure from the natural waistline to the bottom hem of skirt. 6. Inseam: Measure along the inside of the leg from the crotch to just below the ankle bone.
