Get ready to rock your ride with the rhythm of the music! This class will challenge your stamina with a mix of Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges, and jumps. All riders must be at least 4’ 10” tall. Rhythm Ride takes place on Tuesdays at 5:30 AM and Saturdays at 9:30 AM and operates on a "first come, first served" basis. Rec-Plex Members can pick up a ticket at the Front Desk and Non-Members may pay a $12.00 drop-in fee to receive a ticket.
This class will focus on the basics of indoor cycling while you socialize and jam out! Instructors will help you fit the bike to your specifications and teach you how to maintain proper form. All riders must be at least 4’ 10” tall. Social Cycle takes place on Tuesdays at 9 AM and operates on a "first come, first served" basis. This cycling experience is designed to energize your body and mind, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. This class combines cardio and motivational coaching to help you reach your goals. Rookies & Rock Stars Outdoor Triathlon AGE: 13+ years | FEES VARY BY REGISTRATION TYPE
Whether you are a beginner (Rookie) or a veteran (Rock Star), we have an awesome triathlon for you at the St. Peters Rec-Plex! Swim in our indoor pool, bike through flat farmlands, and run along shady, paved trails! Compete as an individual or on a team and choose a short or long course.
Short Course: 400m Swim, 13.5 mile Bike, 3.1 mile Run Long Course: 500m Swim, 19.7 mile Bike, 5 mile Run
