JULY 12, 2025 | 8 AM Bring your bike, strider, tricycle, or scooter and join us for this fun family event! Kids 3-6 will run 700 feet, hop on their bikes and ride 1400 feet, then climb the inflatable water slide and splash into the finish line! SEPTEMBER 13, 2025 | 8 AM Eat, run, and have some fun at this 5K/7K race! During the race we will have a family fun area with field games, and a kids 100-yard dash will take place once the race has ended!
JULY 19, 2025 | 8 AM This race is for kids 5-12 and includes swimming, biking and running. The Little Rookies Tri is geared towards promoting a healthy, active lifestyle for kids while having fun. This event is a great introduction to the sport regardless of athletic ability!

Teens will be introduced to cardio on a bike where they will safely burn calories while listening to a mixture of today’s hip hop and DJ hits! In this 45-minute class, we will teach the teens various types of rides and terrains as well as all hand positioning, ideal lower-body positioning, resistance, and cadence (RPM) training and anything you might expect in a regular group cycling class.
