Incorporate education/training to new leadership (new hires, moving up in the company). Unconscious Bias Training: Unconscious bias training raises awareness about the biases that individuals may hold and helps managers recognize and mitigate these biases in their decision-making processes. It covers various aspects of unconscious bias and provides strategies for mitigating bias in the workplace. • "Interrupting Bias in the Workplace" by Catalyst: offers a training program focused on interrupting bias in the workplace. The program includes videos, exercises, and discussion guides to help individuals and organizations address bias effectively. Diversity Training Diversity training focuses on developing an understanding of the value of diversity and how to create an inclusive work environment. Managers learn about different perspectives, experiences, and cultures, fostering empathy, respect, and collaboration among team members. • "Building an Inclusive Workforce" by Udemy: This course provides insights and tools to foster diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
