2026 Centricity Girl Rewards Program Terms Centricity is proud to continue our partnership with Girl Scouts of the USA on Official Cookie Rewards for the 2026 season. We hope you find our BFF line creative and desirable, and are ready to connect to answer questions, arrange for samples, and discuss potential orders. Reward Samples Councils wishing to obtain physical samples of any of our 2026 Official Cookie Rewards for review/consideration may do so through our dedicated sample web portal, referenced earlier in this catalog. Sample orders are expected to begin shipping the week of August 11th, and all sample requests will be fulfilled immediately upon arrival. Quantities are limited, though if you have a specific need/request please again reach out to us directly to discuss. Program Info and Timelines Councils wishing to partner with Centricity for rewards should have their estimates ready and submitted by the end of September 1, 2025. This window is in line with program norms and helps us work with our manufacturing partners to prepare for bulk production and ensure timely delivery of product. Product ordered by this date will be produced and brought into our fulfillment center for segmentation and order distribution within approximately 4 months. Be sure to include your requested delivery dates, and need for one location or segmented shipping, along with your order and we will confirm with you directly our ability to accommodate. Centricity offers a +/- 10% variance between summer estimates and final spring orders. This is firm and protects us all from having too much and not enough needed product on hand. Knowing we are granting you that 10% overage (guaranteeing we have 10% more than your order quantity should you need it), we suggest you place your estimate slightly under what you feel you will need, which may hopefully help mitigate your risk. If when placing your final reward order you find that additional quantities (over that extra 10%) are needed, we will always do our best to accommodate. If the necessary additional stock is not on hand and requires new production, it could potentially increase the time for that portion of the order to deliver. All requests for product over the original estimated totals should be communicated as quickly as known, and the more time you can provide us before your in hands date, the better our ability to prevent unnecessary delays. After delivery, be sure to review your order and reach out with any product issues or shortages within two weeks of receipt to allow for correction. Centricity allows for a 1.5% over/under rate on product orders. All sales are final. There are NO RETURNS, except for damaged items, which will be replaced at no cost. Pricing, Fulfillment Options, and Payment Terms Pricing featured in this catalog is reflective of single location and Service Unit delivery. Centricity is able to segment product orders for broader distribution if this function is desired. This includes shipping product quantities to troops or even individual members. Should more localized delivery be desired, simply share your needs with us and we will prepare an official proposal tailored to your specific fulfillment and shipping requests, for your review and consideration. Due to changes in global economics including but not limited to transportation costs, duties and tariffs, raw material cost and availability, labor cost, and other uncontrollable elements, prices are subject to potential change. In such an event, we will inform any impacted Councils prior to September 30, 2025, explaining the situation and offering alternative solutions if needed. Product orders are invoiced immediately upon delivery, and payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Received estimates are official letters of agreement to partner together with Centricity on all designated products.
