Hassan Hamdar- SERC Hassan Hamdar joined SERC in July of 2019 after the transition of FRCC into SERC. Hassan worked in various roles at FRCC for over 11 years. His main focus at FRCC was event analysis and situational awareness but he was also responsible for misoperations reporting and system operator training. Hassan has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida and is a NERC Certified System Operator.
KennyLuebbert P.E.- Evergy Kenny Luebbert, a Professional Engineer, has 28 years of significant expertise in multiple areas relevant to operations. His experience and accomplishments include overseeing NERC Standards implementation and compliance at generating stations for both O&P and CIP; leading the mechanical portion of a 950 MW plant construction project; advancing generation performance optimization; expert in plant instrumentation, control technology, and assessments; currently supervising the work of 37 engineers focused on generation assets optimization. Kenny received his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri and has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
