ELEVATE : Change Starts Here
ELEVATE works to understand and implement best practices surrounding employment and education engagement while becoming a leader in the field of restorative justice across the state. Additionally, this program will track participation, employment, and barriers that many justice-involved students may face. Eligible Participants provides resources and wrap-around services to program participants to help reduce the recidivism rate and access to high-quality education. Program participants will be prepared for high-wage, high-demand careers in Marion, Boone, and Hendricks Counties. ELEVATE: Change Starts Here “
Justice-involved youth and adults Incarcerated individuals Correctional staff Individuals on parole/probation
Educational opportunities through Ivy Tech academic programs and certifications Career pathway assistance provided by a dedicated career coach Holistic wrap-around and basic needs support to address: Services and Assistance Provided Program participants will gain access to a holistic program aimed at helping justice-involved individuals.
