CONCESSIONS: • Complimentary rental will be provided based on the confirmed sleeping room utilization* of 15,000 or more with a $300,000++ guaranteed food and beverage minimum, if between 12,500-14,999 sleeping rooms are confirmed and utilized* and the $300,000++ guaranteed F&B minimum is met a 75% discount will be applied to rental. If less than 12,500 room nights are confirmed and utilized* a 50% discount will be applied to rental ($300,000.00++ F&B minimum still applies) *The Oklahoma City Convention & Visitors Bureau will work with client to confirm room night pick-up. If room night pick- up of 15,000 or more is met any deposits will be credited back to the group upon settlement.
