Participants learned about different ecological projects and explored the framework conditions that make sustainable lifestyles possible. The participants developed a simulation game concept on sustainable lifestyles. Back home, the participants played the simulation game four times in teams of two. This way, around 760 young people participated in the game during the project period. The ideas developed during the game were documented and discussed with local politicians and civil society groups. The experiences gained were incorporated in the final simulation game concept, which was then published in English, Russian, Serbian, Turkish and German. The resulting set of materials enables other organisations and institutions to play the simulation game, too. Through media coverage of the project, many people learned about sustainability issues.
