STAFF SPOTLIGHT Dr. Tobin Forbus

Dr. Tobin Forbus has seen the decline of patient care in corporate-run facilities along with the benefits of quality health care for his patients, his family and himself. These experiences inspired him to create a private, multi-disciplinary practice, and in 2011, he opened the doors of Synergy Rehab & Wellness. Synergy has allowed him to realize his dream of connecting personally with patients, investing in their care and offering a variety of services to help each person on their path to wellness. Synergy now offers Physical Therapy, Naturopathy, dry needling, infrared sauna, and many other modalities to its clients. Dr. Forbus’s other interests include fishing, hiking, camping, travel, tennis, and anything that involves spending time with his wife and three children. Dr. Forbus is also active in his church as well as his son’s Boy Scout troop.

• 1/3 cup French vanilla Coconut Creamer • 1/2 cup unpopped kernels • 1/2 cup vegan butter • 3 Tbsp agave nectar, amber

STANDING EXTENSIONS While standing, place your hands on your hips and lean back to arch your back. Hold, then repeat 6-10 times. If this decreases your leg pain, continue up to 10 sets per day.
