wanted more. We have already decided the next time we are ready to move, this is the team we’ll go with 100,000%. These guys are the first realtors who actually have cared about finding us something that works for us and treating us like friends, not just customers who can make them a profit. If you don’t want to regret your home purchase and want to make your life easier, I would recommend that you contact Sachi and her team. You will not regret it!”
INGREDIENTS • ½ cup butter • 1 onion, minced
• 3 tbsp Dijon mustard • 1 tbsp poppy seeds • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce • 1 12-count package Hawaiian sweet rolls • 1 lb sliced deli ham • 8 slices Swiss cheese DIRECTIONS 1. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and preheat the oven to 350 F. 2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter, then stir in onion for 5–10 minutes until softened. Add mustard, poppy seeds, and Worcestershire sauce before cooking and stirring for 5 minutes. 3. Arrange the roll bottoms in the prepared baking dish. Spoon 2/3 of the onion mixture over the top. Add ham and cheese to each roll. Place the roll tops over the cheese layer, then brush the remaining onion mixture over the top. Now, cover the dish with aluminum foil. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and bake until the roll tops are lightly browned, 5–10 minutes. 5. Serve and enjoy!

OUR CHILD READY?
So, you’ve asked your child if they feel comfortable being home alone, and they say yes. Here’s what you can do to prepare your child for this new experience and responsibility. • Leave Emergency Contacts: Write down your and your spouse’s cell and work numbers in case your child needs to contact either of you. You can also list out other relatives they can contact if needed. Keep this list in a place where it’s easily accessible such as the refrigerator. • Plan for “What if” Scenarios: Inform your child about what to do if there is a fire, storm, medical issue, or a stranger comes to the door. Make sure they understand the solutions and can follow them without question. Also, leave an emergency first-aid kit with them.

Don’t worry; their experience won’t be like Kevin McCallister’s in the famous Christmas comedy “Home Alone.” By communicating with your adolescent and preparing properly, they are one step closer to fulfilling new responsibilities and taking the first step into adulthood.
