Paycom Center. Over the past 20 years, the Paycom Center has hosted more than 1,200 events and more than 10 million fans. The 581,000-square-foot facility seats over 16,500 people and plays host to major concerts, including Bon Jovi, Britney Spears, Cher, Justin Bieber, Eric Clapton, George Strait, Kenny Chesney and Lady Gaga, to name a few. The Paycom Center is conveniently located just off I-40 in downtown and is home to the NBA’s Oklahoma City Thunder. The Zoo Amphitheatre. As the Modern Frontier’s premier outdoor concert venue, the Oklahoma City Zoo Amphitheatre has provided amazing concerts in a historic atmosphere since the mid 1930’s. Hosting artists of all genres and eras, it is the place to be when the weather is warm. Located in OKC’s Adventure District, the Zoo Amphitheatre holds 7,000 people and sits right by some of Oklahoma City’s biggest attractions. The venue recently completed improvements to the stage, restrooms, concession stands and video capabilities. The Criterion. The Criterion is a state-of-the-art live music, concerts and events venue located in the Bricktown Entertainment District. With a capacity of up to 4,000 people, The Criterion makes for a semi-intimate space where you can closely enjoy your favorite artists. The concert hall is within walking distance of various restaurants ranging from fast food to upscale dining, giving you plenty of options for a pre- or post- event meal.
