Auditorium.
A. Minimum Lot Size . The minimum zoning lot size required for an auditorium use shall be no less than two (2) acres.
B. Minimum Setbacks . An auditorium use shall have a minimum setback of 50 feet from any residential zoning district, except where an auditorium is an accessory use to a school, convention, or performing arts center. In such cases the setback is reduced to 30 feet with a 20-foot Type A landscape buffer from any residential zoning district. In the Downtown Center-1 (DC-1) Zoning District and Downtown Center-2 (DC-2) Zoning District the setbacks shall be in accordance with Appendix A DC-1 & DC-2 Form- Based Districts.
C. Access . All ingress and egress for the auditorium use shall be from a thoroughfare classification of Type 9 or greater to minimize traffic movement to and through local streets and residential subdivisions.

Conference Center .
A. Minimum Lot Size . The minimum zoning lot size required for a conference/performing arts center shall be five (5) acres, except in the Downtown Center-1 (DC-1) Zoning District and Downtown Center-2 (DC-2) Zoning District where the minimum lot size shall be in accordance with Appendix A DC-1 & DC-2 Form-Based Districts. B. Setback . The minimum front setback shall be 30 feet, except in the Downtown Center-1 (DC-1) Zoning District and Downtown Center-2 (DC-2) Zoning District where the front setback shall be in accordance with Appendix A DC-1 & DC-2 Form-Based Districts.
C. Access . All ingress and egress for the conference center use shall be from a thoroughfare classification of Type 9 or greater to minimize traffic movement to and through local streets and residential subdivisions.

Stadium or Arena .
A. Minimum Lot Size . The minimum zoning lot size required for an arena or stadium use shall be 10 acres.
B. Setback . Arena or stadium uses shall have a minimum setback of 200 feet from any residential zoning district, except where arena or stadium uses are accessory uses to a
