yard, or behind the front plane of the building of a lot with a principal structure, behind a fence a minimum of eight (8) feet in height.
ii. Storage of Materials on a Lot without a Principal Structure . Materials associated with the General or Special Trade Contractor may be stored on a lot without a principal structure, behind a fence a minimum of eight (8) feet in height. Additionally, a 30-foot Type A Plus buffer shall be required along all property frontages that face a public or private right-of-way.
iii. Storage of materials associated with the General or Special Trade Contractor shall not exceed 25% of the buildable area of the lot.
iv. Storage and parking of vehicles shall follow the standard C., above.
g. Day Care
(1)
Day Care, Accessory .
A. Accessory day care facilities shall be used solely for the employees of the use in which the day care is located.
B. Maximum Gross Square Footage . The day care facility shall contain a maximum of 15% of the gross square footage of the principal use.
C. Exterior Signs Prohibited . The day care facility shall not be permitted any exterior advertising or signage.
D. Ancillary to a Place of Worship. A place of worship may offer day care facilities as an accessory to the primary place of worship use. Patrons are not required to be employees or members of the place of worship, unless otherwise required by day care policy.
(2)
Day Care, Commercial .
A. Minimum Capacity . A day care facility shall be designed to provide childcare for greater than 15 children on a regular basis during part of a 24-hour day in a facility other than the child's own dwelling unit.
B. Play Area Enclosed . The play area shall be enclosed by a fence.
