C. Off-Street Parking Locations . Off-street parking shall be permitted in the side yard and rear yard of the principal building, except that off-street parking may be permitted in the front of the principal building at a maximum depth of 65 feet for parking bays and travel lanes.
D. A Special Use Permit is required for operation in the Town Center Residential (TCR) and Downtown Center-1 (DC-1) Zoning Districts.
(3) Day Care, In-Home . Day care facilities operating in private homes shall be permitted as follows:
A. Small In-Home Day Care . Residents may offer care for no more than six (6) children or three (3) adults to whom they are not related. A home occupation permit is required.
B. Large In-Home Day Care. Residents may offer care for no more than twelve children or six (6) adults to whom they are not related. A Special Use Permit is required.
C. In-home day cares shall be operated in the heated portion of the home.
h. Educational Facilities
(1)
School, Trade/Vocational.
A. Classes Inside Building . All training and education shall be conducted within an enclosed building.
B. Heavy Equipment/Training Truck Operators/Production of Nuisance . Training on heavy equipment or training truck operators or drivers is permitted only in the Research Light Industrial (RLI) Zoning District and Heavy Industrial (HI) Zoning District. Additionally, educational subjects that produce unreasonable or excessive sound or noxious fumes shall only be permitted in RLI & HI zoning districts.

Financial Institutions
(1) Off-Street Parking Location . This standard shall apply in a shopping center when the principal use is located on the outparcel.
