the letter of zoning compliance is required and shall include evidence of compliance with this Section. Evidence of compliance, at the discretion of the Town, shall include inspection of the structure by the Town, annual compliance confirmation or renewal of a doctor’s certification. This Subsection shall serve as the annual renewal process provided by the North Carolina General Statutes and shall be subject to applicable fees. 6. Removal of Use. Any temporary healthcare structure shall be removed within 60 days form the time the mentally or physically impaired person is no longer receiving care or in need of assistance provided by this Section.

Live/Work Unit .

A. Nonresidential Uses . Each live/work unit shall have frontage on a public right-of-way or common courtyard or atrium, dedicated for public use.

B. Minimum Building Height. A live/work unit shall be located in a minimum two (2)- story building.

C. Permitted Use in a Live/Work Unit . The work space within a live/work unit may include uses permitted in the zoning district in which the unit is located, except that manufacturing of parts and shipping to other locations for assemblage, automotive repair or services, the use of toxic material, creating excessive noise or odors shall be prohibited. (3) Use of Travel Trailer, Recreational Vehicle, or Tent as Residence. The use of a travel trailer, recreational vehicle, or tent as a residence, permanent or temporary is prohibited. A recreational vehicle (RV) may be used as a temporary residence for up to two (2) weeks, provided the vehicle is located in the driveway or a side or rear yard of a principal residential structure, such that the RV is no closer to the front or corner side of a lot than the principal structure . The temporary use of a travel trailer, recreational vehicle, or tent in a campground as permitted in §9-1255 Use Standards, w. Recreation, Outdoor, (1) Campground, is exempt from this standard.
