B. Truck Stop .

i. Maximum Distance to Street Access . A truck stop is permitted where the use is within 500 feet of an interstate, freeway or expressway to serve interstate commerce.

ii. Minimum Setback . All buildings and facilities shall be located a minimum of 100 feet from any property line.

iii. Landscaping . Where the use is adjacent to residential zoning a landscape buffer shall be required in accordance with Article O Landscaping & Tree Protection Standards.

Vehicle/Charter Services .

A. Taxicab Dispatch Station .

i. Minimum Fleet Size . A company with a fleet of three (3) or more vehicles shall establish a dispatch or central office/station for calls and services.

ii. Dispatch/Office Location . The office/station shall be located in an enclosed principal building that may also serve as offices and service for the company.

B. Limousine/Charter Service . Limousine services/charter services shall not be operated out of a residential use or residential district.

Bed & Breakfast / Inn .

A. Maximum Number of Guest Rooms

i. Residential Zoning Districts . Not more than five (5) guest rooms that offers bed and breakfast accommodations are permitted in the residential zoning districts.

ii. Nonresidential Districts . Not more than eight (8) guest rooms that offer bed and breakfast accommodations are permitted in the nonresidential districts in accordance with this Article.
