M. Lighting . Outdoor lighting shall be permitted at the minimum intensity necessary to discourage vandalism and theft. Where the facility abuts a residential district outdoor lighting fixtures shall be no more than 20 feet in height with full cutoff fixtures and wall packs shall be shielded that emit light 45 degrees or less to the ground surface. N. Customer Parking/Pickup & Delivery . All parking for customers to access a storage building shall be located in the rear or opposite a public-right-of-way. Parking bay(s) for pickup and delivery or stored items shall not count towards minimum parking requirements. O. Security Quarters . A security or caretaker quarters may be established on the site of a storage facility in accordance with Article F Use Regulations §9-1255 Use Standards, m. Ancillary Residential, (2) Live/Work Unit.

Warehouse & Distribution Center .

A. Minimum Lot Size . A warehouse use shall have a minimum zoning lot size of two (2) acres.

B. Building Façade . The building façade shall be in compliance with §9-1358 Buildings in Industrial Zoning Districts, c. Façade Treatment, (1) Building Façade, B.

C. Indoor Storage Required . All warehouse operations and storage shall be within an enclosed building or structure.

D. Accessory Use Allowed . Accessory uses, like retail and/or showroom space, shall be a maximum of 10% of the gross floor area of the associated warehouse use.

cc. Wholesale Trade

(1) Building, Furniture, Appliances & Electronic Supply . All outdoor storage shall be located in the side or rear areas of the principal building.

(2) Petroleum, Gas Products & Fuel, Wholesale & Storage .

A. Lot Size . The minimum zoning lot size for gas and fuel wholesale use is two (2) acres.

B. Setback . The facility shall be setback a minimum of 100 feet from any property line.
