correction and approve or deny the request. If the request is not resubmitted within 30 days, the request shall be considered withdrawn.
(3) Effect of Zoning Compliance Letter . The issuance of a zoning compliance letter shall mean that a proposed use is in compliance with procedures and administration of the Land Development Ordinance and shall apply to the specified use only. Any change of use or conditions shall require a new letter of zoning compliance.
