ii. From US 401 south to the Wake County/Harnett County line

(4) Prohibited Uses . Except where prohibited below, all uses allowed by the underlying zoning district are permissible in the Highway Corridor Overlay Zoning District in accordance with all applicable standards and limitations. The following uses and development projects shall be prohibited:

A. Amphitheater B. Banquet Hall C. Auditorium D. Conference Center E. Stadium/Arena F. Place of Worship G. Cemetery

H. Recycling Collection Station I. Recycling Transfer Center

J. Water/Wastewater Treatment Facility, Private K. Electronic Sweepstakes Gaming Operation L. Sexually Oriented Business M. Beach Bingo N. Drive-In Theater O. Golf Course

P. Batching Plant, Asphalt & Concrete Q. Fertilizer Manufacturing & Storage R. Lumber Production &/or Treatment S. Wood Products, Chipping, Mulching (Commercial) T. Petroleum, Gas & Chemical Product Storage & Wholesale U. Junk/Salvage Yard V. Mining, Quarry & Processing
