(14) LEVEL 2 ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER. A minimum 40-ampere, 208/240-volt outlet that may be used for electric vehicle charging in a residential or non-residential setting.
(15) LIBRARY. The term defining a public nonprofit facility in which a collection of literary, musical, artistic, or reference materials such as but not limited to books, manuscripts, computers, recording, or fields are kept for use by or loaning to public patrons of the facility for the purpose of study, reference and recreation, but are not normally offered for sale. (16) LIFE CARE COMMUNITY/RETIREMENT COMMUNITY. A residential land use consisting of a building that contains dwelling units and other facilities for occupancy of persons who are at least 55 years of age, or married couples in which one (1) of the persons is at least 55 years of age and which may or may not provide nursing and or medical care as well as support services such as, dining facilities, retail stores, pharmacy, recreation, and spa/salon uses, whether or not operated for profit, which undertakes 24 hour services and care and/or independent living. The term life care or retirement community shall also mean intermediate care facility, life care facilities, senior housing, retirement center, or similar facility that may provide medical care and support services to persons not capable of independent living, and subject to additional standards. No facility meeting this definition shall be considered a mixed-use development and shall not include age-restricted subdivisions. (17) LIGHT DUTY TRUCK (Flood Damage Prevention) . The term defining any motor vehicle rated at 8,500 pounds Gross Vehicular Weight Rating or less which has a vehicular curb weight of 6,000 pounds or less and which has a basic vehicle frontal area of 45 square feet or less as defined in 40 CFR 86.082-2 and is:
A. Designed primarily for purposes of transportation of property or is a derivation of such a vehicle, or
B. Designed primarily for transportation of persons and has a capacity of more than 12 persons; or
C. Available with special features enabling off-street or off-highway operation and use.
(18) LIGHT SOURCE. The term defining the element of a lighting fixture that is the point of origin of the lumens emitted by the fixture.
