(14) LEVEL 2 ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER. A minimum 40-ampere, 208/240-volt outlet that may be used for electric vehicle charging in a residential or non-residential setting.

(15) LIBRARY. The term defining a public nonprofit facility in which a collection of literary, musical, artistic, or reference materials such as but not limited to books, manuscripts, computers, recording, or fields are kept for use by or loaning to public patrons of the facility for the purpose of study, reference and recreation, but are not normally offered for sale. (16) LIGHT DUTY TRUCK (Flood Damage Prevention) . The term defining any motor vehicle rated at 8,500 pounds Gross Vehicular Weight Rating or less which has a vehicular curb weight of 6,000 pounds or less and which has a basic vehicle frontal area of 45 square feet or less as defined in 40 CFR 86.082-2 and is:

A. Designed primarily for purposes of transportation of property or is a derivation of such a vehicle, or

B. Designed primarily for transportation of persons and has a capacity of more than 12 persons; or

C. Available with special features enabling off-street or off-highway operation and use.

(17) LIGHT SOURCE. The term defining the element of a lighting fixture that is the point of origin of the lumens emitted by the fixture.

(18) LIGHT TRESPASS. The term defining light emitted by a lighting installation that falls outside the boundaries of the property on which the installation is sited. This has adverse effects on residents, vehicle operators and pedestrians, and the natural environment.

(19) LINER BUILDING. The term defining a building specifically designed to mask a parking lot or a parking structure from a public frontage.

(20) LINTEL. The term defining a horizontal beam used as a finishing piece and supporting the weight above a door or over a door or window.
