constructed or placed upon a property which is supported by the ground or which is supported by any other structure, except a currently operable licensed vehicle. Among other things, but not limited to, structures including walled and roofed buildings, manufactured homes, walls, fences, signs, billboards, swimming pools, accessory structures or units, dumpster surround enclosures, kiosks, recreation facilities, a gas or liquid storage tank, and utility facilities. (89) STRUCTURE (Flood Damage Prevention) . The term defining a walled and roofed building that is principally above ground, a manufactured home, a gas or liquid storage tank. (90) STRUCTURAL (BMP) (Stormwater Management) . The term defining a physical device designed to trap, settle out, or filter pollutants from stormwater runoff; to alter or reduce stormwater runoff velocity, amount, timing, or other characteristics; to approximate the pre-development hydrology on a developed site; or to achieve any combination of these goals. Structural BMP includes physical practices such as constructed wetlands, vegetative practices, filter strips, grassed swales, and other methods installed or created on real property. “Structural BMP” is synonymous with “structural practice”, “stormwater control facility,” “stormwater control practice,” “stormwater treatment practice,” “stormwater management practice,” “stormwater control measures,” “structural stormwater treatment systems,” and similar terms used in the Phase II Requirements. (91) STRUCTURALLY SOUND (Building) . The term defining substantially free from flaw, defect, decay or deterioration to the extent that the building or structure or structural member is capable of adequately or safely accomplishing the purpose for which it was intended or designed. (92) SUBDIVISION. The term defining a subdivision is the division of land, tract, parcel, or property into two (2) or more lots, parcels, building sites, or other division for such purpose, whether immediate or future, for selling or development, and shall include all divisions of land involving the dedication of new streets or changes in existing streets.
(93) SUBDIVISON, MAJOR . The term defining any subdivision not meeting the definition of a minor subdivision and creating greater than four (4) lots.
A. EXEMPT MAJOR SUBDIVISION . A major subdivision of up to eight (8) lots that are exempt from certain standards of a traditional major subdivision.
(94) SUBDIVISION, MINOR. The term defining any subdivision of a lot, tract, parcel or property, regardless of any previous subdivisions, which involves subdividing four (4)
