(23) TOWNHOUSE. The term defining an attached structure that is attached by a party wall to one (1) or more other dwelling units each on its own lot. This term includes TOWNHOME . (24) TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT. A subdivision consisting of attached dwelling units meeting the requirements of this Ordinance in conjunction with a separate lot, wherein each dwelling unit has at least one (1) vertical wall extending from ground to roof dividing it from adjoining units, and each unit is separately owned with the owner having title to the land on which the unit sits. This term includes TOWNHOME DEVELOPMENT . (25) TOXIC SUBSTANCE (Watershed Protection). The term defining any substance or combination of substance (including disease causing agents), which after discharge and upon exposure, indigestion, inhalation, or assimilation into any organism, either directly from the environment or indirectly by indigestion through the food chain, has the potential to cause death, disease, behavioral abnormalities, cancer, genetic mutation, psychological malfunctions (including malfunctions or suppression in reduction of growth) or physical deformities in such organisms or their offspring or other adverse health effects.
(26) TRACT (Erosion & Sedimentation Control). The term defining all contiguous land and bodies of water being disturbed or to be disturbed as a unit, regardless of ownership.
(27) TRAFFIC IMPACT ANALYSIS (TIA) . The term defining an analytical and informational document professionally prepared by a licensed professional traffic engineer or civil engineer in connection with traffic generated by a specific proposed land use application that assesses the impact, forecast, description, and recommended ways of offsetting the traffic effects of the proposed new activities within a geographic area.
(28) TRAFFIC SIGN. The term defining a sign indicating Federal, State, or Town regulations for automobile, truck, bicycle and pedestrian movement.
(29) TRAILER PARK. See MANUFACTURED HOME SUBDIVISION.
(30) TRAILER, RESIDENTIAL. See MANUFACTURED HOME.
(31) TRANSIT TERMINAL. Any structure or transit facility that is primarily used as part of a transit system for commuter rail, rapid rail transit, light rail transit and surface transit modes of transportation for express bus or local fixed route bus services for the purpose
