(2) Land Area . A nonresidential use shall be permitted on a lot with a minimum land area of 20,000 square feet, approximately one-half (1/2) an acre, and a maximum of four (4) acres.
(3) Maximum Square Footage . The maximum square footage shall be 6,000 square feet per story. Upper stories shall only be for office and residential uses.
(4) Maximum Building Height . The building height shall not exceed 50 feet. The ground floor shall be used only for nonresidential uses.
(5) Parking . Parking shall be limited to on-street parking or off-street parking located in the rear and/or on one (1) side yard, and shall be in accordance with Article N Parking, Loading & Lighting Design Standards.
(6) Landscaping . Landscaping shall be in accordance with Article O Landscaping & Tree Protection Standards.
(7) Architecture . Architectural standards shall be in accordance with Article H Building Type & Architectural Standards.
