k. Alley easement configurations and pre-approved alley assemblies are included in Table – Pre-Approved Assemblies.
l. Pedestrian access easements in the form of pedestrian trails, paths and passages must be configured as follows:
(1) A minimum 12-foot walkway must be provided.
(2) Public planting, public lighting, and pedestrian access easements must be configured according to public frontage standards in Table – Public Frontage Types.
