The uses within a Planned Unit Development District shall provide off-street parking in accordance with Article N Parking, Loading & Lighting Design Standards.

Landscaping Requirements
Landscaping requirements for the uses proposed in a Planned Unit Development District shall be in accordance with Article O Landscaping & Tree Protection Standards.
g. Procedures & Required Plans
The process for a Planned Unit Development District and master Plan shall be in accordance with Article Q Procedures & Administration of the Land Development Ordinance.
h. Design Flexibility within the Master Plan . Alternatives to the required development standards of Appendix D Planned Unit Development Districts may be proposed via the master plan as long as they meet the spirit and intent of the Appendix, are superior or equal to the existing standards, and are subject to Town Board approval. The following development standards may be amended through the master plan:
(1) Block standards
(2) Setbacks and frontage requirements
(3) Building placement and frontage requirements
(4) Location of parking
(5) Road sections
(6) Landscaping
§9-5003 MINIMUM STANDARDS
The following minimum development standards shall apply to all development within a Planned Unit Development District.
