linear feet within the Planned Unit Development District which shall only contain residential uses, open space uses or schools. When residential lots are proposed along the exterior perimeter boundary, the width of each residential development shall be consistent with the lot widths of existing abutting residential lots along any segment of the perimeter of the development, such that the number of perimeter residential lots is not greater than the number of existing adjacent residential lots. (1) Administrative Adjustment . A 50-foot undisturbed buffer or 75-foot planted buffer equivalent to a Type A Buffer may be substituted for the minimum lot number with an approved administrative adjustment by the Town Manager or his/her designee under compliance with Article Q Procedures & Administration.
