iii. Roof shall have minimum 12” eaves on at least two sides of the dwelling.
iv. Vinyl or metal siding is prohibited.
H. Parking. To ensure minimal visual impact from vehicle storage for residents of the cottage housing development, as well as adjacent properties, and to maintain neighborhood character along public streets, all Cottage Housing Developments shall provide parking in accordance with the following standards:
i. Parking shall be provided on the Cottage Home Development site at the following rate:

between 800-1,000 sq ft
> 1,000 sq ft
2.0 parking space/unit
Age-restricted (55+) cottage of any size
1 parking space/unit
ii. Parking shall be screened from view of public streets and adjacent residential uses by landscaping or architectural screening.
iii. Parking shall be located in clusters of not more than six (6) adjoining spaces.
iv. Parking is prohibited in the perimeter setback.
v. Parking shall only be allowed between or adjacent to cottage dwelling units when it is located behind or in line with the rear 50% of the dwelling and served by an alley or private driveway. See Figures Cottage Development Parking Configuration.
vi. Vehicular access for garages and parking spaces shall not be from the entry/porch elevations of the cottage units.
vii. A detached garage serving an individual unit shall be limited to a total gross floor area of 320 square feet, with length and width each not to
