Booking Form A deposit of £10 per person is required to make a booking with the signed booking form. The remaining balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before the event; final numbers and menu choices must be given at this stage. The Hotel cannot take responsibility for chasing late payments and whilst every effort will be made to contact organisers it may be assumed that the booking has been cancelled. Deposits are not refundable or transferable. The Hotel reserves the right to change the programme or menu at any time without prior notice. All information was correct at time of going to print. If you have an allergy please contact the sales team Booking Conditions For cancellations made 4 weeks or more before the event a full refund will be given less the £10.00 per person deposit paid. No refund will be given for cancellations within 4 weeks of the event. Tables It may be necessary for large parties to be seated on more than one table and for small groups of 2–5 to share a table.
