Surveyor (RICS) general practice qualification or equivalent with current corporate membership
• Working in a complex
organisational structure • Experience and understanding of property
management and legal requirements in a charitable context specification of works; issuing tenders, negotiating best value with suppliers knowledge of the Church of England and its structures
