Dearly Beloved, It is my pleasure to greet you on the occasion of our 23 rd Year Church Anniversary Observance! We've come this far by faith and God has blessed our congregation immensely. This congregation has a glorious past and God has shown me that His expectations of us are even greater today.
As the leader of this great congregation End Time Ministries International, I am acutely aware of the greatest leader in history, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As a leader, Jesus stuck to his mission. Just as with Jesus, our adversary tries diversionary tactics to make us stray from the mission that God has given us. As the Senior Pastor of an empowered congregation such as ours, I am presented with literally hundreds of opportunities we could pursue. But Jesus, who had all power stuck to his mission, which he directly related to His Father's business and nothing else. As we move forward in 2025, we must follow the example of Jesus and steadfastly adhere to our God given mission. As a leader, Jesus formed a team. Just as Jesus did, we get our work accomplished through the relationships and teamwork of our leaders and members. Jesus wasted no time in forming a team by simply saying, " Follow me ". He made room for diverse people of different skills and backgrounds. Even Jesus knew he could not change the world alone. So, it is with the church leadership today. If we want to achieve anything of significance it will take brilliant ideas, noble intentions and miraculous discoveries that come from working together. Jesus said if two or three of us join together— then he will be there also. As a leader, Jesus saw his people as his greatest accomplishment. He said of his disciples, "It is in them that I am glorified." Of all the miracles Jesus performed, in the end he considered the growth of his people to be the most important. Just as Jesus did, we must celebrate the changes made in the lives of our people as our greatest accomplishment. As your leader, it is only when souls are saved that I have been successful. Yes, we should be proud of the many tangible contributions we have made to this community over the last (23) twenty-three years. But as Jesus did, let us claim our lasting legacy as the souls we lead to God, the families we encourage and the lives we touch in a positive way. On this occasion, I proudly accept the challenges that are ahead and encourage each and every one of you to accept it as well. Take this challenge and study it, embrace it, and live it daily as we move ever higher in God's will for our congregation, our city, our nation and the world. God bless you’ll!

Poem: Legacy of Light ! The focus of this poem is on the continuity of faith and the light of guidance that a church provides to its congregation. The verses reflect on the church’s legacy and its unwavering ability to shine through the darkest times.
In this house of God we dwell, Stories of grace, we often tell. A beacon of light, through night and storm, In our church, our spirits warm. Guided by teachings, ancient and true, Pathways of love, in shades of hue. Legacy of light, shining so bright, Piercing the shadows, making all right. Years may pass, yet we remain, Bound by faith, free from chain. Church anniversary, a testament clear, Of enduring love, year after year. By Author Unknown

R ESPONSIVE R EADING
Leader : We come together in celebration for the years that we have been together as the people of God, in praise and worship and service. Let us thank God for blessings received, for our founders whose vision led them to start a
congregation in Madison, Wisconsin. People: We give thanks and celebrate.
Leader : Lord, you have been our strength, provider and protector over these twenty-three years. We are celebrating today because of your grace and mercy shown unto us. People: Lord, we praise you and we thank you for allowing us to continue “Remembering the Old Landmark” over these twenty-three years. Leader : Lord, you have been our refuge and strength, a very present help in our trouble over these twenty-three years. People : Lord, we praise you and we thank you for allowing us to continue “Remembering the Old Landmark” over these twenty-three years. Leader : Lord, in our time of trouble you were right there with us as a light unto our pathway and a lamp unto our feet over these twenty-three years. People : Lord, we praise you and we thank you for allowing us to continue “Remembering the Old Landmark” over these twenty-three years. Leader : Lord, you have been our guiding light and our shield of protection. In our time of trouble, you hide us in your pavilion; in the secret of your tabernacle, you hid us and set us upon a rock. All together : And now shall our heads be lifted up as we continue “Remembering the Old Landmark” and offer unto you in your tabernacle sacrifices of joy and praises. AMEN!
C HURCH H ISTORY
The church began as an extension of vacation bible school in the Bridge Lake Point Neighborhood. Every Monday and Tuesday during the summer of June-August 2001, we held vacation bible school at 49 Waunona Woods Court, Madison, Wisconsin from 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Reverend Stubbs taught vacation bible study. Each night the children received a lesson with study questions attached. We prepared dinner at the end of each night so that each child would leave with a full-course meal. The students were awarded prizes, gifts, toys and McDonald’s gift certificates. Reverend Stubbs rewarded the children for turning in all of their homework, good attendance and participation. At the end of the summer, we held a birthday celebration for all students born in the month of July. We experienced such an overwhelming response from the community, landlords, neighbors, friends, agencies and parents. Our community became enlightened with our church presence. After Vacation Bible School (VBS) was over, we experienced children constantly knocking at our door requesting for a continuation of VBS. The Property Management, Joining Forces for Families as well as other agencies located in our community noticed a decrease in children playing in the buildings and a reduction of complaints from tenants and homeowners. Everyone who had a stake in our community was in agreement that during the past summer, the activities that the children participated in were a great success. Our mind, body and soul were so excited to have touched the hearts of so many children. We could not disappoint them. We prayed about it and asked Jesus for strength. On January 7, 2001, the trustee board spearheaded by Mother Linda Hoskins signed and documented governmental documents for our church body to be approved for legal worship by the government agencies of this state and country. During that time the church body prayed knowing that all was fulfilled, and we had the victory through Christ Jesus Our Lord. On January 27, 2002, after much prayer, patience and seeking God’s face our prayer had manifested, we received the governmental documents approving our church to be legally and officially known as End Time Missionary Baptist Church. There was a lot of praising and rejoicing for what God has done. God has answered our prayers and made known unto this church body what plans he has in store for us. We will praise the Lord at all times his praise shall continually be in our mouth, for he has done marvelous things in our lives and among his people.
The scripture tells us in Proverbs 29:18, “ Where there is no vision, the people perish, but he that keepeth the law happy is he.”
C HURCH H ISTORY ( CONT ’ D )
On December 7, 2001, End Time Missionary Baptist Church officially opened. We were located at 49 Waunona Woods Court in Madison, WI. Reverend Stubbs invited a few guests to join us in such a momentous occasion. We had a beautiful service and afterwards we had a prepared dinner immediately following that morning worship service. We started with approximately five members. We had a total of thirteen members join on January 29, 2002. We were a small-sized church, but we had a heart of compassion. We spent a significant amount of time fellowshipping together. Our membership began to expand so rapidly until we outgrew the building. We began to look for another place to worship. We thank God for allowing us the opportunity to worship at 49 Waunona Woods Court, Madison, WI. On February 17, 2002, we relocated to the Wingate Inn Hotel. We held Sunday church services at 11:00 a.m. in the large conference room. Reverend Stubbs was employed full- time at the Madison Concourse Hotel, as the Restaurant Manager and Hospitality Trainer in the Bistro/ Room Service. He dedicated himself to the ministry. In May 2002, he resigned as restaurant Manager to be a Full-time Minister of the gospel. On July 1, 2005, we moved to 6424 Bridge Road, Madison, WI. During this three-year term, we enjoyed watching our ministries grow. Our Leadership Class was launched, and we began to move from membership to discipleship. We began our building fund drive and held special events to assist our ministry. On July 12, 2008, we moved to 1007 Stewart Street, Madison, WI. One year later we had to move because of some zoning issues. On July 31, 2009, we moved to 906 Ann Street, Madison WI. On June 3, 2009, we changed our name to End Time Ministries International. On March 16, 2010, we moved to 6723 Seybold Road, Madison, WI. On May 31, 2015, we moved to 6708 Watts Road, Madison, WI. On June 2, 2018, we moved to The Hawthorn Hotel and Suit. On October 2, 2020, we moved to 15 Ellis Potter Court, Madison, WI, On June 3, 2024, we moved into our New Site 6200 Monona Drive, Monona, WI, where we are presently. Over the years, our ministry has grown both spiritually and physically. We have added numerous ministries who work for the building of God’s Kingdom. Our leadership team continues to grow and includes our 5 Star Pastor, Bishop, Dr. Godfrey A. Stubbs and First Lady Pastor Shelia Stubbs, 1 Bishop, 7 Pastors, 2 Prophets, 2 Prophetess, 5 Evangelist, 12 Ministers, 3 Missionary, 5 Deacons, 7 Mothers and 3 Trustees. God has truly enlarged our territory. We will continue to Walk by Faith knowing that God can, and He will provide.

Tribute from End Time Ministries Int’l Founders: A seed of faith, in humble ground, We planted, watched it slowly grow, A sacred space, where love was found,
A sanctuary, where spirits flow. With hands united, hearts aligned, We built this house, a beacon bright, Where weary souls could solace find, And bask in God's celestial light. Through trials faced, and joys we shared, A community, our bond so strong, The whispers of our prayers, we dared, To sing His praise, in joyful song. Though time may pass, our legacy remains, A testament to faith, that ever thrives, In every heart, where love sustains, This church, where hope eternally survives.
This poem captures the sentiment of founders looking back at their church, highlighting the collective effort to build a place of faith and love, where the community continues to grow and find solace. Author: Unknown Author
