In the last three years, our Department has contributed to 162 publications in 81 reputable journals. Below is a list of some of the most significant publications that members of our Department have contributed to since 2022.
The Department of Anesthesiology remains dedicated to pursuing groundbreaking research in anesthesia, pain management, and critical care. Through our research, we aim to fulfill our mission of fostering the development of the next generation of physicians, scientists, and anesthesiologists. This section showcases our most significant recent publications, including multimedia instructional toolkits made possible by The Department of Anesthesiology Multimedia Lab. Pictured above is Anesthesia resident Dr. Lauren Miller-Lopez delivering Senior Resident Grand Rounds to the Department of Anesthesiology. Her presentation was focused on physical burnout and depression in the physician population.
