A t the time of publication, the feature episode produced to celebrate International Women’s Day held the top spot for episodes released during March. In this episode, BIFA TV producers met with two inspirational women from our industry and heard their thoughts on the opportunities for women and the paths their careers have taken/are taking. Featured in the video are Rachel Morley, EMEA regional manager at OIA Global and BIFA board director, and Veronika Litterova, export supervisor at Avocet Clearance and 2025 BIFA Apprentice of the Year. Together, they discussed apprenticeships, career progression, industry misconceptions and why logistics is a dynamic, high-tech and collaborative sector.
