Rug Giveaway at Warwick Road South This month, we teamed up with Flair Rugs again to extend our Rug Giveaway to new tenants moving into recently completed homes at Warwick Road South in Trafford. We gifted a number of high-quality rugs to help families who were previously homeless settle into their new homes and manage rising costs of living. The event also offered access to wider support including employment, skills and money advice and information about hate crime and domestic abuse services. Customer Service Excellence In January, we retained our Customer Service Excellence accreditation with the Centre for Assessment publishing a case study about our success. We achieved full compliance while going above and beyond in other areas including customer insight, reflecting our commitment to putting customers’ voices at the heart of everything we do.
