We are pleased to announce the appointment of Kofi Owusu as the Director of Patient Flow and Nursing Operations at NYC Health + Hospitals/North Central Bronx. Mr. Owusu holds a Bachelor of science in nursing as a second degree from the College of New Rochelle. He attended Pace University, where he completed his Master of Science in Nursing and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). Mr. Owusu has a strong passion for patient care and improving healthcare outcomes. He has served in many capacities, including nursing leadership and in-patient flow within healthcare for leading organizations such as New York Presbyterian Cornell, Columbia, and NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. We are thrilled that he has accepted this role.

Master’s of Nursing in Education from Chamberlain University in April 2020.

Ms. Knight launched her career in Alabama, where she gained her first year of nursing experience at her hometown hospital and later secured employment at the University of Birmingham Hospital. Ms. Knight began travel nursing in 2014 on a tour that took her to Virginia, Texas, Iowa, Alabama, and New York City. Her experience ranges from Hematology/Oncology and Adult Leukemia to Bone Marrow Transplant and Medical Surgical/Cardiology. We are thrilled that she has accepted this role.
