We operate and design our buildings and amenities to build a culture of health that accommodates our tenants’ needs and establishes an inclusive, engaged community. The Empire State Building features over 65,000 square feet of world-class amenities that include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a private conference center, and seven in-building dining options. In 2024, we further enhanced amenities with a 400-plus person all-hands lounge, basketball and pickleball court, and two golf simulators. ESRT tenants have access to a lounge and wellness area at 250 W. 57th Street and an all-hands meeting room area and lounge at 1400 Broadway. In 2025, we will open a 7,400-square-foot rooftop lounge for tenants that are a part of The Campus, which includes our Broadway properties, 111 W. 33rd Street and 501 7th Avenue. The rooftop lounge offers access to greenery, sunshine, and fresh air with iconic New York City and Empire State Building views. We create opportunities for our tenants to interact and share social enjoyment while staying well-informed on all building services. Our ESRT+ Tenant App is a key part of our continuous efforts to improve the tenant experience with enhanced communication and easy access to resources such as mobile key access, building services, dining and retail services, perks and events in our neighborhoods, and networking capabilities to connect with other tenants in the building. We also provide services for tenants to easily reserve conference rooms, arrange on-site catering, and meet other needs. We engage our tenants to participate actively in the community through events that include tenant blood drives and donation campaigns such as back-to-school supplies, clothing and Toys for Tots toy drives at each of our commercial properties. For tenant events such as our Earth Day Event and our Holiday Market Event, we align with local, sustainable businesses so our tenants may discover responsible companies with low environmental footprints and support local businesses in our community.
