Grade Levels: 6-8
This camp is designed exclusively for rising 6th through 8th graders who play quarterback, running back, or wide receiver. With a focused emphasis on offensive skill development in the passing game, campers will receive position-specific instruction in core fundamentals, scheme, and technique. In addition to offensive training, participants will also be introduced to basic defensive concepts and techniques to improve their decision-making on the field. Daily individual drills, group work, and skill-based competitions will reinforce learning in a structured, high-energy environment. The camp will be led by experienced J.P. Stevens High School coaches and players. THIS IS A NON-CONTACT AND NON-PADDED CAMP. CAMPERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THEIR OWN CLEATS, T-SHIRTS AND SHORTS FOR PARTICIPATION. THEY SHOULD ALSO HAVE A PAIR OF SNEAKERS FOR ANY INDOOR ACTIVITIES. QUARTERBACKS ARE ENCOURAGED, BUT NOT REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN FOOTBALL.

The coach is committed to teaching campers of all levels in a relaxed, fun environment. Specialized skills of dribbling, passing, trapping, shooting, defending and ball skills will be covered. Conditioning and improvement methods are also emphasized. CAMPERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING THEIR OWN BALL, SNEAKERS, AND WATER BOTTLE. CLEATS ARE OPTIONAL.
