Her mother sold in the ‘19 BTB Sale and as we look back, it would sure be fun to have access to Distinct again. His daughters have had a very profound impact on the industry, especially over the last few years and it’s easy to see his influence in this sow. • If we were keeping track of MLI on our crossbred sows, we’re pretty certain she would rise to the top and reign supreme over all the rest. Through 4 litters, she has farrowed 52 live pigs and weaned 46 of those herself. Quantity did not trump quality. • Last summer, she farrowed an incredible litter sired by No Introduction. That was a standout litter in the Fall Showcase, the weekend when we ultimately decided ‘Houdini’ (18-6) needed to stay intact.
