• The dam of this gilt is a full sister to Lot 32 (131-7) – just now realizing their notches are the same in the same sale! • JoJo has earned his stripes as a sire and around here, we’ve come to love his daughters. As a sire group, their proportions are modern, their bone is well above average and their extra good body shape separates them from our usual standard. • ALL of that is true for this one and then some.
• Bottom side of the pedigree is a sow that sold in the ’20 BTB Sale and her daughters have been very good here and elsewhere. • Honcho is a Kingpin son that deserves to see more sows. He’s shorter and more muscular than his sire and to date, has sired that way. • Honcho’s difference certainly translates here with a gilt that sure resembles a Kingpin but has more dimension everywhere.
