The EAP is a free resource available to all PulteGroup employees and their household members , regardless of benefit enrollment. It’s designed to support your overall well- being—with tools and guidance to help you thrive both at work and at home. What Support Does the EAP Provide? Confidential Counseling – Speak with a licensed counselor about stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, or any emotional challenge you’re facing. Up to five sessions per concern are available at no cost.

While sunscreen and sun-smart habits are essential, so is scheduling your annual wellness exam and routine dermatology check-ups to help catch potential issues early. Whether you’re overdue for a preventive visit or just haven’t made the time, consider this your friendly nudge: now’s a great opportunity to check that annual exam or skin screening off your list. If you’re enrolled in a PulteGroup-sponsored medical plan , you can easily find a primary care provider (PCP) or in-network dermatologist by visiting myuhc.com . If you or a loved one is navigating cancer or high-risk concerns, UnitedHealthcare offers a Cancer Support Program led by experienced oncology nurses. This program follows a simple three-step approach: A team of Nurse Practitioners will Learn more about you through a personalized intake form. 1. Recommend resources such as articles, videos, and tools tailored to your needs. 2. Stay connected through regular check-ins and ongoing support. 3. Call 1-866-936-6002 to connect with a cancer support nurse and get started.

Life doesn’t always go according to plan—and if illness or injury keeps you from working, PulteGroup’s Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance is here to help protect your financial well-being. These benefits are 100% company-paid and provide income replacement when you need it most. Short-Term Disability begins after 7 consecutive days of disability and pays 66 ⅔ of your weekly salary for up to 12 weeks. Long-Term Disability kicks in after that, offering 60% of your monthly salary, up to $10,000/month, for extended time away from work.
