Reconstruction Closeout Process

Remediation Group wants to ensure total client satisfaction at the end of every job. Our closeout process is designed to allow clients to review every aspect of a job with a project manager before signing a Certificate of Completion. At the end of the reconstruction process, the client will inspect the property alongside a Project Manager while referencing a punch list. Items that need to be addressed will be added to a Job Completion Acknowledgement. Once all punch list items have been addressed, the client and project manager will sign the Job Completion Agreement. This ensures that the entire scope of work has been completed and the client is satisfied with our service.
