Size: 226,000 s/f As exclusive managing agent for Chester Springs, a 226,000 s/f, grocery-anchored shopping center in Chester, NJ, LMC in 2020 oversaw individual buildouts for three of the property’s newest national tenants: Ulta Beauty, Chipotle and Five Guys. LMC’s recent construction activity also included the completion of a complex buildout at the center for HomeGoods in late 2019. All four buildouts were completed on time and within budget. These projects demonstrate how LMC’s integrated services – in-house construction management along with traditional services such as property management and leasing – give shopping center owners a distinct benefit when it comes to securing a property’s competitive advantage.
