Size: 78,873 s/f The project consists of a three-story overbuild and a five-story addition on the east side of the existing West Shore Hospital. The overbuild portion of the project is above the existing PACU, OR suite, and Emergency Department and ties back into the third floor ICU and patient rooms on the upper two floors. The five-story addition includes the expansion of the Emergency Department, Imaging, PACU, OR Suite, ICU, Med/Surg Patient wings, and a new Pharmacy.
New, Ground-up, design-build construction Size: 100,000 s/f; 5-acre site
REDCOM’s in-house professionals are currently working on the ground-up, design-build construction of a 100,000 s/f warehouse facility for Woodmont Industrial Properties. The team completed the architectural designs for the facility and is currently overseeing the construction.
