Ducts (~92 inches) draw clean air in from outside and circulate it throughout the building.
Size: 12,000 s/f Retained by real estate company, Greenway Properties, LLC xtensive 12,000 s/f interior and exterior renovation of a 3-story complex, transforming it into a modern Class A of- fice building. The three-story lobby and atrium were given a major facelift including the installatin of a new insulated glass storefront and suspended LED ring chandeliers with custom configuration.

Size: 5,863 s/f Renovation; 838 s/f Addition The REDCOM team completed a renovation of and an addition to the existing showroom and service area in the Mazda dealership portion of Crystal Auto Mall. A highlight of the project includes the installation of a state-of-the-art car lift for vehicular display. REDCOM’s in-house professionals were able to upgrade the dealership while ensuring that it is compliant with Mazda’s new image requirements. Additionally, this is the company’s second project with Crystal Auto Mall.
The Rehoboth Beach Country Club project consisted of a total interior renovation of the ex- isting Club, including three additions to make room for expanded dining, a new second floor terrace, new pool and deck, new snack shack, and locker rooms. Featured renovations and additions include two new commercial kitchens, a wood-fired pizza oven, full service bars, and upscale millwork; locker rooms, including new sitting rooms, shower rooms, and saunas.
