On St. Patrick’s Day, I gather our team together, and with a little bit of magic, we transform into leprechauns! We dress up in green hats and vests and go all out to become mischievous leprechauns to spread smiles. It’s all in good fun and part of our tradition of dressing up for various holidays throughout the year. It’s a fantastic way to boost morale and share laughter with our team and clients. As the calendar turns to spring, it’s time for your outdoor spaces to don their most impressive attire, and our full-service crew is ready to help you prepare. In a few hours, our team can remove all winter debris from your lawn and landscaping. We will also powerwash your patios and walkways so they are sparkling clean and ready for entertaining. The lawn is the canvas upon which the beauty of your entire estate is painted. This is why our spring lawn preparation services are as thorough as they are thoughtful. A good power rake removes thatch and reveals any snow mold lurking under matted leaves. Aerating reduces soil compaction, allowing your lawn to breathe and absorb nutrients more efficiently. After all, a lush lawn begins with good soil. February through April is the best time for pruning fruit and deciduous trees. Any shrubs that bloom on old growth and those that bloom in summer and fall can also be pruned in the spring. While the chill is still in the air, the sap hasn’t started moving through the branches yet. Thus, pruning in this window allows them to heal from our careful cuts before the sap starts running and filling the branches with lush new growth. Oak trees, however, should be pruned in the winter. Pruning them in the spring can attract beetles that carry oak wilt, but in the winter, the beetles are dormant. As soon as the first hints of green appear, we begin mowing. We’ll also apply preemergence herbicide, with little or no nitrogen, to discourage weeds while nurturing your grass. Size doesn’t intimidate us. We have the crew, arborists, and equipment to handle 30 acres of lawn maintenance and landscaping. We treat every lawn, large or small, with the same level of meticulous care and attention. This Beautiful City Is Straight Out of a Fairy Tale
Add Sintra, Portugal, to Your Travel Plans!
As spring break nears, you might already have plans to travel to Punta Cana, London, Key West, Paris, or a similar destination city. One more to add to your travel checklist is Sintra, Portugal. This beautiful town rests on the hills of Serra de Sintra, just outside the capital, Lisbon. The two castles within the city are the main draws, and it’s easy to see why. PENA PALACE AND GARDENS The National Pena Palace and Gardens are absolutely stunning. The palace is adorned in primary colors, with intricately carved yellow, red, and blue buildings. It’ll cost you 10 euros to explore the grounds and a couple of extra euros to go inside, but it’s worth it! The carvings include many styles, including Neo-Islamic and Neo-Renaissance. Everything is opulent, and you’ll have a great time as you take in the extravagance. Some rooms are
painted as an optical illusion, with doors and hallways looking three-dimensional when they’re just flat.

Once on the grounds, you can explore many grottos by following their main paths. The castle itself isn’t as opulent as Pena Palace, but it’s still a lovely location to visit.
Sintra is perfect for any vacation, and though these are the main draws for the city, by no means are they the only ones. We encourage you to check out this city and see if it fits your travel plans.

beautiful gardens, but its main draw is the initiation well. This 80-foot-deep well is a
